Dear holiday guests!
Our holiday apartment should be a second home for you. You should feel comfortable and be able to relax!
The following house rules are intended to help you have a harmonious stay. By treating the apartment properly, you will help us to continue to offer you and other guests satisfactory accommodation in the future. All things that are in the holiday apartment or belong to it may and should be used by the guests, but please treat them carefully.
Kitchen: Please also treat the kitchen equipment and technical devices with care. Since a dirty kitchen is not a good thing for anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not put hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktops without a coaster.
Damage: Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. I would be pleased if you would inform me of the damage immediately so that I do not only discover it after departure during the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damage up to the replacement cost.
Ventilation: To avoid the formation of mold, I ask that the rooms be adequately ventilated, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.
Duty of care: I ask my guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows should be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage from storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources should be used carefully. Disposal Waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Please only use cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of these in the general waste bin when closed. No garbage, food scraps, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, wash basins or shower! Please avoid anything that could lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).
Cleaning: If an accident should occur (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean it up immediately. The holiday apartment should be left swept clean on departure and all used dishes should be neatly put back in the cupboards. Please separate the rubbish and dispose of it in the rubbish bins provided behind the house (left around the building/hall towards the train station). Quiet times: In the interests of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe public quiet times such as lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday quiet. Out of consideration, quiet should also be kept in the holiday apartment itself between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Partying in the holiday apartment is not permitted.
Internet/Wi-Fi: The holiday apartment has a wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi), the access code for which is provided to the guest. Using the internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. The internet is used at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the guest's internet usage. When using the internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed.
Smokers: Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment or in the room.
Celebrations: No celebrations or loud music are permitted in the apartment. Please be considerate of the neighbors and observe the quiet times.
Pets: A maximum of two dogs are allowed in the Schick vacation apartment if booked in advance for a fee. Please use the basket provided as a resting place for them and not the couch or beds. It is not permitted to leave the animals alone in the apartment. No pets are allowed in the Royal and the Ziegelei. In the Teamwarts, the focus is exclusively on overnight stays with four-legged friends.
Parking: All vacation apartments offer free parking. More information on the location etc. will follow upon check-in. Other public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity and can be used in some cases with a parking disc or for a fee. The landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents.
House rules: In the event of immediate repairs or emergencies, it may be essential for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge. Of course, in this case I will try to contact you personally in advance.
Keys: For a contactless check-in, a numeric code will be sent shortly before booking, which can be used to open the front door during the booked time. A key is usually not required. If one is handed out in exceptional cases, please never let it out of your hands. Lost keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable for the replacement costs.
Liability: The landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to the guest(s).
Arrival and departure: Arrival is by arrangement from 3 p.m. and can be made contactless using a PIN system. On the day of departure, I ask my guests to vacate the holiday apartment by 10 a.m. at the latest. On departure, the holiday apartment should look the way it was found.
By booking the holiday apartment, I assume that the house rules are accepted. Thank you for your attention.
I wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and rest.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Feel at home!
Your hostess Janine Moses
