About the Accommodation

The Siegerland dog center is located on a former military site with 70,000 square meters. Completely fenced in, it allows dogs to be trained safely and is even possible for registered free-running groups.

For our seminar and weekend guests with dogs, we have set up numerous comfortable rooms for overnight stays on site, toilets and showers are in a modern state of repair. Thanks to a lot of effort, there are now also handicapped-accessible toilets and showers. An overnight stay in a single room costs €45, in a double room €65; a double room for single use costs €55. Dogs are of course free of charge.

The press headlined: "HzS - the unique training paradise on the Lipper Höhe" - and rightly so. After all, there are numerous work areas for the four-legged friend with a wide variety of surfaces, whether meadow, lawn, gravel, asphalt or rubber flooring.

What does teamwaerts offer? Teamwork between humans and dogs can be achieved and stabilized in many ways. We therefore offer numerous and unusual activities in weekly courses. In addition to puppy courses for socialization and young dog and "rascal" courses, with a focus on subordination and discipline, there is agility, obedience, dummy, clicker, senior training, Treibball and much more. We also train continuously for a special dog license that we have developed ourselves; here we have found our own, less military, but more socially relevant form (team license I and II and double pack). Nose work is very important to us, especially since it is Uschi's specialty. As a ZOS ® Sport licensed trainer, she gives courses and workshops on this in her own special rooms. There are enough areas and walls for other ZOS ® qualifications. In addition, in the summer months, we train diligently for the various sniffing tests. The weekends are also filled with workshops and seminars at local, national and international level. National seminars are led by external, well-known trainers from the dog scene. The range extends from dummy training, dog dancing, first aid and lunging to seminars on training visiting dogs. However, teams also need to be stabilized, particularly in work with dogs for the disabled. Here, our program includes training signal dogs, PTSD dogs and assistance dogs (e.g. for people with ASD). And, last but not least, we train diabetic alert dogs and trainers for them. These assistance services for people (diabetics) are becoming more and more extensive.

a.)via the Westerwald From Limburg or Montabaur via Rennerod towards Siegen on the B54, after the exit to the Stegskopf military training area there is a crossroads on the (Lipper) Höhe where you turn left towards Daaden and right towards Siegerland Airport. The Zollhaus waterbed hotel is on the corner. (A roundabout since 2010). We drive straight across the crossroads towards Siegen / A45; after about 300m we take the first small exit on the right towards the large gate

b.)from the A45 motorway, exit Haiger / Burbach (exit 24) towards Burbach/Neunkirchen and immediately follow the signs for Siegerland Airport on the B54 (watch out for radar controls) —> continue at d) c)

d) on the B54 we leave the dog boarding house on the left and do not turn left towards the gliding site, but continue straight ahead at 80 km/h and see a parking lot on the left, here we signal left and turn left behind the parking lot towards the green gate (we have built a left-turn lane here especially for you!!!)
