On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready from 3 p.m. With the contactless 24-hour check-in option via PIN, a stress-free stay begins right at the front door. The apartment is on the upper and top floors of an apartment building with a separate entrance and a romantic view of the town.
Laid out with tiles and parquet, the entire apartment has underfloor heating. In the attic there is a cozy bedroom and work room with a double bed. In addition, a small single room with a single bed offers a third sleeping option with privacy. In addition, two more beds can be made available on the pull-out sofa bed (150X200cm) in the living room on the lower floor. A travel bed for a toddler can also be set up on request. The apartment is ideal for families with up to three children. For fitter bookings, we recommend a maximum of 3 people for separate sleeping places. The two bathrooms on each floor also invite you to relax with a bathtub and a view of nature. With a walk-in closet and several cupboards in the kitchen, the apartment offers plenty of storage space and room for luggage. Outdoor seating for two people each is possible on two small balconies. A cozy workstation with WiFi is also set up for business people. The private, fully equipped kitchen invites you to self-cater. Thanks to the directly connected bakery with café in-house and a fast food restaurant opposite, you can also treat yourself to culinary delicacies on your doorstep or enjoy a delicious breakfast on the ground floor.

The apartment is located in the Hickengrund in Siegerland. The town has everything you need for daily needs, such as a grocery store, bakery, restaurants and a gas station. The surrounding area with its beautiful nature is ideal for hiking or cycling. The famous Rothaarsteig is in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is a granny flat in an apartment building, but with a separate entrance separately accessible. In the house there is another private apartment as well as some shops. A harmonious neighbourhood is very important to us!
For those arriving with your own car, a parking space is available, which can be used free of charge with a parking permit provided (available in the apartment). Additional parking spaces can be used during the opening hours of the nearby shops for two hours each with a parking disc. Outside opening hours, no parking disc is required.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the Niederdresselnsorf train station, from which trains run regularly to the surrounding villages (in the direction of Dillenburg or in the direction of Betzdorf). There are also buses in the village.
